Exchange & Return Policy


At HobbyStoreRc, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following Exchange & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
  • The product must be completely unused.
  • The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and original packaging.
  • The product must not have been installed, operated, or modified in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the customer will be notified whether the return request has been approved or rejected.

2. Exchanges

Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following circumstances:
  • The customer received an incorrect product.
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • The product arrived damaged due to shipping.
Customers must notify the store within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos showing the issue.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Products that have been used or operated.
  • RC cars, boats, and radio control equipment that have been involved in crashes, impacts, or misuse.
  • Products that have been modified, disassembled, or had parts replaced.
  • Batteries that have been charged or used.
  • Products exposed to water, sand, or unsuitable operating conditions.
  • Products sold under clearance sales or special promotions (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

4. Batteries (LiPo)

Due to the sensitive nature of LiPo batteries:
  • Batteries cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been charged or used.
  • Customers must inspect batteries immediately upon delivery and report any issues without delay.
  • HobbyStoreRc is not responsible for damage resulting from improper charging, storage, handling, transportation, or use of batteries.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the error was made by the store or the product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as permitted by the payment provider.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider and may take several business days.

7. Important Notes

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery and verify that all products are in good condition.
  • Keeping the original packaging and invoice will help speed up the return or exchange process.
  • HobbyStoreRc reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
